Life Coaching Organization (LICO) plans to establish LICO Academy in Karagwe—a center for vocational training, life skills, and sports programs. The academy will offer courses in entrepreneurship, agriculture, and technology, rooted in LICO’s values of compassion and service. With classrooms, a sports field, and demo farms, this initiative aims to empower local youth and support community development, pending final approvals and consultations.

At Life Coaching Organization (LICO), we turn faith into action by helping vulnerable families in Dar es Salaam. Inspired by Quran 2:274 (“Those who give charity will have their reward with their Lord”) and Jeremiah 22:16 (“Defend the poor and needy”), we provide critical support to nine struggling families, including mothers of triplets who lack baby formula, clothing, and healthcare

Life Coaching Organization (LICO) is expanding its community impact through a new sports partnership with FADECO Radio, while continuing its vital work supporting vulnerable mothers and newborns in Dar es Salaam. The upcoming youth sports competition will feature football and netball tournaments with live radio coverage, creating opportunities for young athletes while raising awareness and funds for LICO’s family support programs.

Nine vulnerable families in Dar es Salaam—including mothers struggling to care for newborn triplets—are in crisis. With no money for baby formula, mothers face heartbreaking choices: rationing diluted milk, using unsafe alternatives, or watching their babies go hungry. Malnutrition and preventable illnesses threaten these infants daily.
