Dr. Machumi holds an MPH from Boston University and MD degree from Muhimbili University. Throughout his work at MDH, he has provided technical leadership in project M&E systems, system design, development, and deployment. Monitoring data management applications, coordinating supportive supervision and mentorship of field workers to ensure proper and uniform understanding of the data collection and use system.

In her role as Marketing Manager for Lico Global, she drives the organization’s brand strategy, market presence, and outreach initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, which provides her with a solid theoretical and practical foundation in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns. Her keen understanding of technological trends enables her to leverage digital tools and platforms to maximize impact and engagement. Mr. Mwesigwa Celestine is a seasoned professional with a robust background in international relations and organizational leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, which has provided a strong foundation for his extensive career in high-level administration and global development. Mr. Mwesigwa has previously served as the Secretary of the Tanzania Football Federation, where he honed his skills in strategic management, governance, and large-scale coordination. His professional experience also includes significant work with the International Labour Organization (ILO), where he contributed to international projects and initiatives. Currently, as the Director of LICO Academy, he leverages his vast expertise to lead the institution’s strategic vision, overseeing its educational programs and operational excellence with a focus on creating meaningful impact.
Mr. Adolf Runyoro is a distinguished legal professional and valuable member of our board, bringing specialized expertise in insurance law cultivated during his tenure at Law Associates Advocates. A mentee of the renowned Dr. Tenga, he possesses extensive experience in preparing and regulating insurance policies, conducting risk analysis, managing compensation claims, and litigating insurance cases. His background provides critical insight into risk management and corporate compliance, offering strategic oversight that enhances our governance. Mr. Runyoro holds an LLB from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Law School of Tanzania. He is an active member of both the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
